“My Own Inventive” Pasta Sauce

Pinch of crushed garlic
2 Tbs chopped onion
2 sliced mushrooms
2 slices of ham
2 sprigs of thyme
2 slices of red pepper
2 cubes of butternut
1 courgette sliced
2 basil leaves chopped
3 olives sliced

****To make a tomato based sauce add ½ tin tinned chopped tomato with 1 tsp sugar. Mix

****Or to make a cream based sauce add ½ cup milk + 1⅓ cup cream with1 tsp flour. Mix

Salt and pepper

  • Ask mom to help you, add the boiling water to a medium pot and let it boil
  • Slowly add the dried spaghetti pasta. Boil until cooked through. Then ask mom to help you drain the water off the pasta
  • Now in a small pot, add the olive oil, garlic, onions, thyme leaves, mushroom and ham
  • Turn the heat on to 5
  • Lightly cook for 3 minutes
  • Now add the cream mixture or the chopped tomato mixture
  • Allow to cook for few minutes
  • Add salt and pepper
  • If the sauce gets too thick add a little water
  • Serve the sauce with the cooked pasta
  • Serve with parmesan cheese
