Ham Alfredo

¼ pkt Spaghetti
2 tsp butter
2 mushrooms chopped
¼ tsp crushed garlic
2 slices of ham chopped
1 tsp flour
½ cup of milk
⅓ cup cream
1 sprig of thyme
2 tsp parmesan cheese

  • Add the water to a medium pot and let it boil
  • Slowly add the dried spaghetti pasta. Boil until cooked through. Then ask mom to help you drain the water off the pasta
  • Now in a small pot, add the butter and let it sizzle
  • Then add the chopped thyme leaves mushroom and ham, lightly cook until the mushroom gets brown
  • Turn the heat down
  • Now add the garlic
  • Add the flour and stir
  • Then add the cream and the milk, stir for a while until it gets thicker and add salt and pepper
  • If the sauce gets too thick add more milk
  • Mix in the parmesan cheese
  • Take the pot off the heat
  • Add the cooked spaghetti to the sauce
  • Enjoy
